Home for the Holidays – OVCC’s Heartfelt Original Christmas Song
There’s something magical about going home for Christmas — the lights, the warmth, the familiar faces waiting on the other side of the door. With Home for the Holidays, One Voice Children’s Choir captures that feeling in a way only children’s voices can: full of longing, joy, gratitude, and the pure excitement of returning to the people and places we love most.

A Song About Coming Home
Written by Ross Boothe, Home for the Holidays tells the story of someone spending a long, challenging year away from home — chasing dreams, building a life, and missing the comfort of family. As streets light up for Christmas, so does the hope of returning home.
The lyrics paint a vivid picture of:
racing for the airport
replaying old memories
finally stepping back into the arms of the people who mean the most
It’s a universal message reminding us that no matter where life takes us, home is a feeling we can always return to.
A Music Video Filled With Heart
Captured with warmth and cinematic depth, the music video follows the story of a journey home — from the city to the front porch, through the window, and right into the loving embrace of family.
The emotion on the kids’ faces makes it one of OVCC’s most nostalgic and moving Christmas releases.
