Phoenix Children’s Chorus and Jason Hewlett Join One Voice Children’s Choir’s Annual Summer Concert on June 11 at  The University of Utah

Internationally-renowned Phoenix Children’s Chorus (PCC) will join One Voice Children’s Choir (OVCC) to present “Shine!” on Saturday, June 11, 2016 at 7:00 p.m., at the University of Utah’s Libby Gardner Hall. “One-Man Show of Music, Comedy, Parody and Impressions” entertainer Jason Hewlett will emcee the OVCC annual summer concert. Originating from a group of children who sang at the 2002 Winter Olympics, the OVCC now includes 140 singers between the ages of four and 18. OVCC has received numerous awards including most recently the 2016 Best of State Award in the Children’s Performing Group and Children’s Choral Group categories, the John Lennon International Music Award, and is an “America’s Got Talent” Quarter Finalist. The PCC regularly performs with leading music organizations including the Phoenix Symphony, Arizona Musicfest, Musical Instrument Museum, and Live Nation Entertainment; the PCC has also performed with Rita Coolidge, Roger Waters, Wayne Newton, and Stevie Wonder.
